- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract in the amount of; $150,000.00 to Wright Medical Technology, Inc to purchase various OEFusion Implants and Screws that will be used in patient specific surgeries as identified by the surgeon located at the Department of Surgery, Irwin Army Medical Center, FT Riley KS. The surgeon has determined that these products will best meet the individual patients' medical needs at the time of surgery. All products must be FDA Approved. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
