- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to provide boxed meals for applicants processing through the Albany Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), Albany, NY. The period of performance is 1 September 2015 through 31 August 2016, with four one -year option periods. The contractor shall furnish food, facilities, furniture, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, and labor. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 722310 (Size Standard: $38.5M) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The RFP will be posted to ASFI/FedBizOpp on or about 2 July 2015 with proposals due on or about 22 July 2015. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be emailed to tiffany.a.moody.civ@mail.mil by 2:00 pm 15 July 2015. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
