- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Command has a requirement for the procurement of Replacement of Culvert for Ag. Tract 47 Access Lane at Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP). Request the Government be furnished a cost plus fixed-fee proposal for the above requirement suitable for negotiation purposes. The proposal should include all required support documents for analysis and be forwarded through the ACO staff. The closing date for this solicitation is as soon as possible, but no later than August 7, 2015. Request for Proposal (RFP) number W52P1J-15-R-0173 is assigned to this requirement. Any resulting award will be issued as a task order against Basic Ordering Agreement Number (BOA) W52P1J-09-G-0001. Your proposal must include a statement that the representations and certifications in the above referenced BOA are current and applicable to this proposal, or provide updated certifications.
