- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following: 1. Section H-3C(BONDS). • PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: The contractor shall submit a Performance Bond (Standard Form 25) and a Payment Bond (Standard Form 25-A) with good and sufficient surety or sureties to the Government. The penal sum of such bonds will be as follows: • PERFORMANDCE/PAYMENT BONDS. Contractors are required to have 20 percent of the 30 million contract ceiling which equates to $6 million for the performance bond and $6 million for the payment bond. Contractors selected for contract award must have the capability to obtain Performance and Payments bonds at the aggregate value of $30 million in the event that an active workload of such value exists. 2. All demonstration projects are for evaluation ONLY.
