- MF-00024-4P Pre-solicitation Notice (W912PM-15-B-0010) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide Bldg OX-104 Dog Kennel HVAC Repairs, Project Number MF-00024-4P, Solicitation W912PM-15-B-0010, at Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, Cumberland County, North Carolina. The work consists of performance of selective renovation of the existing Kennel Facilities to retrofit the existing HVAC (mechanical) system to improve the air quality and current humidity and damp/wet conditions by significantly increasing the number of air changes in the space. In addition, other miscellaneous work is to be performed such as kennel's hardware repairs and noise reducing measures. All work is to be performed within the building enclosure and no site work is required for this project. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Network analysis will be required. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about July 17, 2015. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $36,500,000.00. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
