The test equipment shall fulfill all operational testing requirements outlined in the applicable Air Force test instructions provided. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, adaptors, tools, supplies, labor, and management necessary for the entire design, delivery, installation, and training. The Contractor shall also be responsible for removing the four (4) existing Fuel Accessory Test Stands and one (1) Fuel Atomizer Stand and one (1) process chiller system. The Government will conduct periodic design reviews to ensure compliance with the purchase specification and will be the final approving authority for the test system design. Unlimited rights for all technical data generated as part of this effort shall be transferred to the United States Air Force upon final acceptance of the test equipment. The Air Force anticipates that the award will be a Firm-Fixed Priced definitive type contract.
