- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Office of General Counsel (OGC) has created a Request for Information to seek information related to an E-Discovery solution to respond to internal and external regulatory inquires/investigations and litigation. The goal of this RFI is to obtain detailed information about an E-Discovery solution that can assist the Bureau in: (1) identification, preservation, and collection; (2) processing, analysis, and review; and (3) production of discovery Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for any costs related to the development and submission of information in response to this RFI. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Please see attachment for full RFI details and questions. Questions should be submitted via email ( k1cannon@bop.gov ) no later than 5:00 PM EST on 17 July 2015. Responses should be emailed to k1cannon@bop.gov no later than 5:00 PM EST 23 July 2015.
