- Line Items The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source order to M3T Corporation for audio / video eqiupment. Please see the attached document for the line item descriptions. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received no later than 11:00a.m. EST on July 7, 2015. Point of contact is John Girard, email John.C.Girard@usdoj.gov. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (JUL 2013) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (SEPT 2013) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items and will be used in conjunction with FAR Part 13. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at this internet address - www.acquisition.gov/far. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335999. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price order with a required delivery date on July 31, 2015. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, by 11:00 am EST on July 7, 2015 which shall be considered by the agency.
