- DRAFT Equipment List DRAFT Solicitation INTRODUCTION This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice The Library of Congress (LOC) National Audio Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) maintains audio/visual equipment. Currently, NAVCC has audio/visual equipment that requires or may require support in order to be fully operational. Maintenance services for NAVCC audio/visual equipment to include repair, calibration, operational testing, and logistics support. These services include on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, off-site depot level repairs and restorations, as well as logistical support; maintenance of all interconnecting cables between subsystems, equipment and IT (A/V & Multi-Media) systems and other connectivity to the maintained equipment to include video cable interconnect, connections to existing Architect of the Capitol (AOC) compressed air, connections supplied to power, and grounding. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation which will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract, on July 14, 2015. Period of Performance: Base (12 months) and four Option Years Attachments: 1.
