- Description
- The U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command (JMC) has a requirement to convert historical and safety documents from paper, microfilm/microfiche, and photographs to searchable/readable electronic format. The majority of documents, microfilm or microfiche, and photos are frail or fragile and require humidity controls. The contractor is responsible for storing the documents in a secure room (i.e. 4 hour media vault). The contractor is responsible for picking up and returning the documents from JMC Headquarters (HQ) on the Rock Island Arsenal (RIA). The documents must be readily available for urgent requests to access them. Therefore, the documents must remain within 20 miles of the RIA. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be a base year plus three (3) one-year options. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or around July 17, 2015
