- The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to issue a solicitation for a nonpersonal service contract for autotransfusion services at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA to begin on/around 1 December 2015. Services are required for surgical cases requiring patient ™s own blood salvaged and transfused while in the operating room. The Contractor shall provide both adult autotransfusion and pediatric orthopedic autotransfusion services This will be a competitive procurement that will result in a firm-fixed price requirements contract. This requirement will be issued on a full and open basis. NAICS code is 622110 with a size standard of $38.5M. All responsible sources will be eligible to submit an offer. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, will be used for this requirement.
