- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is to find qualified contractors who meet the criteria set forth in the performance work statement and are interested in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the removal of various types of waste that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has been tasked to remove. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment required for the removal of different types of waste generated at various USACE work sites. The wastes covered under this BPA include municipal, solid, and hazardous wastes generated in the course of performing various USACE environmental investigation and remediation actvities.
