- The Information Technology and Communications Services Department at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has an immediate requirement for contractual services for Atlassian expert services for JIRA Help Desk implementation and training. While discussions are not anticipated, the Government reserves the right to do so. Award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) for the services detailed in the accompanying SOW. Travel is NOT anticipated. There is no contractor currently performing this service.
