- The Contracting Office for United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide Name Brand or Equal Motorola APX 8000 Radios - 25 EA. The Government is interested if there is adequate competition to set this requirement a-side exclusively to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Please include your CAGE Code, Business Size and Socioeconomic Designation if applicable. Please provide supporting information demonstrating your company is fully capable of meeting the government's requirement. REQUIREMENT: The Missouri Homeland Response Force (HRF) has the requirement to communicate with local law enforcement and DCSA partners which require the tri-band capability of handheld radios. These radios will facilitate the capability and necessity for communicating on the Missouri Trunk Network to not only other Missouri National Guard units but State and local departments, to include but not limited to: SEMA, DPS, regional Emergency Operation Centers and the Missouri Joint Operations Center. Salient Characteristics: Radio: Tri-band Capable P25 Operational P25 Trunk Capable Must be capable of communicating on the Missouri Trunk Network to not only other Missouri National Guard units but State and local departments, to include but not limited to: SEMA, DPS, regional Emergency Operation Centers and the Missouri Joint Operations Center Encryption Capable and UHF, VHF and 700/800 Megahertz Frequency Bands Must be hand-held radios that are mobile and rechargeable Warranty: Minimum of a five-year manufacturer's warranty that covers manufacturer defects to the device, its components and software.
