OVERVIEW 1. This is a solicitation for commercial services for Maintenance Support Services at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (hereafter "BEP") Eastern Currency Facility (hereafter "ECF") Wastewater Pretreatment Plant (hereafter "WWPP"). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is BEP-RFP-15-0371 and is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP). Under this requirement, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 including amendments effective 7 May 2015. 4. This requirement is being issued for Full & Open Competition under NAICS code 561210 -Facility Support Services. Only qualified offerors may submit responses. The small business size standard is $35,500,000.00. II. REQUIREMENT 1. Requirement-Maintenance Support Services for the BEP ECF Wastewater Pretreatment Plant. 2. To be eligible for award, the Offeror must register at https://www.sam.gov, and complete the Offeror Representations and Certifications. 3. Period of Performance - The contract includes a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods that may be exercised by the Government. 4. A Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 14 July 2015, at 1:30PM ET. See Section L for further instructions. 5. Questions regarding the solicitation must be received no later than 3:00PM ET 20 July 2015. No questions will be accepted or considered after this time. Questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist C. E. John Hoddinott via email at charles.hoddinott@bep.gov. Questions will be answered in writing via amendment to the Solicitation. 6. Submit electronic copies to the Contract Specialist, C. E. John Hoddinott, via email at charles.hoddinott@bep.gov. 7. Proposals are due on or before 5:00PM Eastern Time on 7 August 2015. 8. Pricing should be submitted using the applicable Schedule B. 9. Proposals must be valid for ninety (90) days after due date. 10. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFP will be published on this website. Therefore, it the Offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
