- Description
- SOW The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Seal Beach Detachment, Product Engineering Code PE35 requires the acquisition of three (3) each NEW Keysight Technologies (formerly Agilent) PSG Analog Signal Generators with various options. This acquisition is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The products will be delivered to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Seal Beach Detachment, 800 Seal Beach Blvd. Seal Beach Ca. 90740. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this work is 334515, small business size standard is 500. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The government will award a single contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government based on lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA). The required part numbers are identified in section B. Offerors must be an authorized distributer for Keysight. Proposals from any business that is not a small business will be deemed unacceptable and will not be considered. Proposals must be valid for 120 days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFP will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
