- Provisions, Clauses, Addenda and Instructions Wage Determination IRS Price Quotation Sheet Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation reference number D-6-D9-36-MA-I03 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82, effective June 8, 2015. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is: 492110, and the small business size standard in number of employees is 1,500. A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place(s) of performance are identified in the IRS Quotation Sheet document. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in the document titled, Provisions, Clauses, Addenda and Instructions. Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.222-41 Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determination (WD) No. 2005-2397 Revision No. 16 dated 12/22/2014 is applicable to this solicitation. Selected contractor shall pay employees working under this order no less than the minimum wages and fringe benefits specified in the WD. Deadline for submission of quote and other required information is July 16, 2015 by 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
