- RFQ: SPMYM4-15-Q-0640 Differential Pressure Meter (see attached RFQ). Delivery Schedule: To be shipped within 30 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote which shall be considered. All offers shall be in English and in U.S. dollars. The combined synopsis / solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date July 10, 2015. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award will be based upon a combination of price, technical acceptance, and delivery.To submit quote/offers, print and fill out attached RFQ then email or fax it back to the buyer in block 9 of the RFQ.
