- Performance Work Statement Solicitation The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, material, parts, equipment, and labor necessary to perform temporary installation of an electrical distribution system to provide electrical power to Ramstein Air Base’s “Independence Day” celebration. During the event the contractor shall provide on-site response personnel to respond to electrical emergencies.
