- Wage Determination Specifications DrawingsE DrawingsD DrawingsC DrawingsB DrawingsA Solicitation The intent of this project is to complete repairs to seven (07) Coast Guard owned houses located in various locations on the island of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. This will be a phased construction project with base bid and option 1 relating to the completion of 4 houses, with options 2 and 3 relating to the remaining 3 houses, pending funds availability. The houses identified in the base bid and option 1 must be completed prior to work commencing on the remaining houses. Houses will be vacant. The anticipated construction time is 210 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the base proposal with additional time provided for the options. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236118, Residential Remodelers, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 03 June 2015. The tentative date set for bid opening is 28 July 2015 at 2:00 p.m. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14. Pursuant to FAR Part 19.5 Small Business set-aside procedures, this solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
