Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District located in St. Paul, MN is soliciting quotes for the Purchase and Delivery of One New Jon Boat, Motor with Prop and Trailer, Battery and Setup for our Lake Traverse Project Office in Wheaton, MN. This solicitation also includes three trade-in items, listed within the Scope of Work. The boat shall be equal to or exceeding an 18 foot Crestliner Retreiver Jon Boat with a 70 HP motor with trailer. All items must meet the specifications listed in the Scope of Work (SOW) located in the solicitation. Pictures of trade-in items are also included as separate attachments. This Solicitation #W912ES-15-T-0092 is issued as a 100% small business set-aside in accordance with Far Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for the purchase, delivery of one new Jon Boat equal to or exceeding an 18 foot Crestliner Retreiver Jon Boat. Line Item 0002 is for purchase, delivery of one new 70 HP 4 stroke motor with prop. Line Item 0003 is for purchase, delivery of one new single axel bunk trailer for the new boat. Line Item 0004 is the trade-in cost of 1994 Wahoo boat, serial number #WH006294G394. Line Item 0005 is for the trade-in cost of one 135XL Optimax SW Boat Motor, 2005 Model. Line Item 0006 is for the trade-in cost of one Shoreland'r 1996 Model R2028W Roller Trailer. The offeror must subtract the costs of the trade-in items for the new items to get the grand total for the quote. The offeror must quote on all items. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed contract. The associated NAICS code is 336612 with a size standard of 500 employees. The offeror must be actively registered in the new System for Award Management (SAM) database, including the Representations and Certifications Section at website http://www.acquisition.gov prior to award. There is no charge for registering in SAM. A determination by the Government not to award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
