- A15PS00699 Specifications Price Schedule for Signs THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for Traffic Signs for Division of Transportation, Force Accounts Farmington, NM. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A15PS00699, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81. This acquisition is for a Native American Owned Business Small Business Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 237310, Size standards $36.5. Scope of Work: Vendor to provide Permanent Signs, Posts and Hardware meeting the requirements of the recent Edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic control Devices and the Arizona Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for road and Bridge construction recent edition. All posts shall be perforated type, all signs shall have 0.0080 gauge, radius corner, aluminum backing with diamond Grade Sheeting type XL. #Note all signs shall have an ANTI GRAFITI coating applied to the signs face, 3M #1160 film or greater. VARIATION IN QUANTITY CLAUSE (Apr 1984) (a) a variation in the quantity of any item called for by this contract will not be accepted unless the variation has been caused by conditions of loading, shipping or packing or allowances in manufacturing processes and then only to the extent, if any, specified in paragraph (b) of this clause. (b) The permissible variation shall be limited to: 20% increase, 20% decrease. This increase or decrease shall apply to all line items in the contract. Period of Performance is from date of award through September 30, 2015.
