- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The requirement is to supply suspenders for a base year and four option years. The base year quantity is 2,900 and each of the option years has a quantity of 3,700. These items are to be manufactured in accordance with specifications. The delivery date for the base year is 45 days after date of contract award. Delivery date for all option years shall be May 15. Size information for all option years will be provided to the contractor by January 15. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 315210 (Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors) with a Size Standard of 500 Employees. The successful Contractor shall be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. Interested sources are requested to submit an email detailing their capabilities and experience for providing this supply. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate their capability to manufacture and supply these suspenders. Please include your business size with your submittal. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 315210. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Patti.Fay-Crosbie@usma.edu. The information requested must be received no later than 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time on June 15, 2015.
