- Department of Veterans Affairs medical Center (VAMC) will be soliciting offers for exterior window washing for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Fort Wayne 2121 Lake Avenue Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The proposed solicitation is for establishment of one-time full service exterior window washing service in accordance with all applicable EPA, IDEM, DOT, OSHA and any other state and federal guidelines for exterior window washing. Contractor shall provide all necessary management, management support, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies, equipment, scaffolding, licenses, chemicals and materials necessary for the accomplishment of exterior window washing. Request for Quote (VA251-15-Q-0355) will be issued on or around June 08, 2015. Anticipated award date is July 10, 2015. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within seven calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation or three calendar days after the pre-proposal site visit. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720. The size standard is $18.0 million.
