- Requirement is being solicited pursuant to FAR 13.5, Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Item. SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-15-X-765; NSN 3740-00-641-4719; PR: SC 1000034688; ITEM: Insecticide Sprayer, Manually Carried, Hand Operated-Compression; IAW: CID A-A-55749 NOT 3, part piece number A-A-55748 Size 2. FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. Required delivery is 30 days ADO. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This NSN is a commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited 100% small business set-aside, Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 420 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 105 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is June 15, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFQ. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFQ you wish to download.
