- DE-SOL-0008528 - Water Treatment Services - Request for Quote (RFQ) Water Treatment services on chillers, boillers, and cooling towers- for one year period of performance This combined synopsis/solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Total Small Business and the Government intends to award a competitive commercial firm-fixed-price type contract under the NAICS code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $15,000,000.00. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-82. All Quoters shall view the attached combined synopsis/solicitation for instructions on submitting a quote. The deadline for receipt of quotes is June 12, 2015 by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The Government will accept quotes via FedConnect only. Please submit any questions regarding this requirement immediately via email to Beverly.Schultz@Science.doe.gov. Questions, with the Government?s responses, will be e-mailed to each interested contractor.
