- Description
- Request for Interest SUBCONTRACTOR shall, under this scope, provide a Plant Operations Management Software (POMS) for WTP. This software system will provide Plant Operations a comprehensive, integrated system to manage activities such as: Equipment Configuration, System Status, Record Keeping, Operator Logs, Communication of Plant Procedure Changes, and Interfaces with other Plant Operations Software Systems currently in use. SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide software and services necessary to implement WTP POMS on the WTP hardware platform. This shall include the base software which is configurable to allow interfacing with the following existing WTP software: 1. WTP CHAMPS Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) 2. Instrument Calibration Management System (ICMS) 3. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) 4. Learning Management System (LMS) 5. Deltek 6. Engineering Technical Baseline (ETB) The base software and services allow for barcode capability implementation, and provides for use training, testing, and installation with GO-LIVE support. At the CONTRACTOR'S discretion, and direction, additional inerfaces to existing WTP software may be added. SUBCONTRACTOR shall also provide POMS training for up to 30 users.
