- Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures for. NSN 4920-01-460-5996, SPE4A515R0702, FIXTURE, ENGINE MAINTENANCE, AIRCRAFT, QTY: 38. DLA AVIATION does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The approved source is General Electric, Cage 99207, P/N: 21C14115G03 and Rhinestahl CTS, Cage 5QE71, P/N: 21C14115G03. This acquisition is not a CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). The requested delivery will be 217 Days ARO or best available. Offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin will be required. Issue date June 11, 2015 & Closing date July 13, 2015. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about June 11, 2015.
