Description

The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Modification is to change the selection process for this requirement as stated in section seven (7) of the original synopsis. The selection process WILL NOT follow the guidance referenced within FAR 36.602-5 - Short Selection Process for Contracts Not to Exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold. Upon evaluation of the SF330s, only the most qualified contractors, as determined by the source selection factors stated in section nine (9) of the original synopsis, will be invited for in-person interviews. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
