- Attachment B - PPQ Attachment A - SOO SF1449 The purpose of this amendment is to post the formal RFQ. Responses are due NLT 12:00pm EST, 15 July 2015 via email only. Prior to the submission of offers, SBA will be holding a Pre-Proposal Conference Webinar concerning this solicitation to promote interest and to clarify information for all interested parties. The conference will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 3:30pm ET. Entities interested in submitting an offer may join the webinar 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start by clicking http://emsp.intellor.com/login/420298. The slides from the webinar will be made available, but there will be no recording of the broadcast. All questions/concerns regarding this solicitation shall be done via EMAIL ONLY. No phone inquiries will be entertained. Please read the solicitation and attachments in their entirety prior to submitting any questions.
