- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This also serves as a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mesa Monitoring (12100 W. 6th Ave., Lakewood, Colorado, 80228). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Dugway Proving Ground, is contemplating the procurement of a Licensing and support agreement for AmegaView Software/hardware through a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract w/ the following CLINS: CLINDescription 00011 Year Service Agreement (84 Points and 6 Differential Pressure Sensors) Price: $_______________ 0002One year qualification agreement (84 Points) (6 Differential Pressure Sensors) Price: $_______________ 0003Sensor Calibration (6 Differential Pressure Sensors) Price: $_______________ PLEASE BID TOTAL HERE $____________________.
