- Description
- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following pre-fabricated steel building structures per Navy drawings: 2 each Gamma Count Enclosures and 2 each Annex Enclosures. Reports and certifications will be required. The successful awardee must provide crane/off-load equipment and rigging services as part of their offer. The drawings and certification requirements will be available at the time of solicitation issuance. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS Code is 332311. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The non-manufacturer waiver rule does not apply; therefore, to be considered for award, the items must be manufactured by a Small Business Manufacturer offering a domestic product (US). The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, WA. Delivery is required by 4/1/2016 or offeror can propose an alternate delivery date. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any Amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the entire solicitation document posted to NECO to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document and any Amendments. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-15-Q-0279. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 12 June 2015. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 12 July 2015 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
