- Request for Quotation (RFQ) with Statement of Work (SOW) This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a 22 Ton Air Conditioning (AC) Unit for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Data Center at 1200 K Street NW Washington DC 20005. Please see the attached RFQ # PBGC01-RQ-15-0074 which includes the Statement of Work (SOW) for a description of services required. Offerors shall submit one (1) electronic copy via email to the Contracting Officer no later than the close date and time in the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations shall reference PBGC01-RQ-15-0074. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Awards Management Database (SAMS). Quotations must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
