- The Government has made the determination that the OCI strategy for the EMERALD program requirements will occur at the Task Order level for both the Prime and Subcontractors. The Government will determine the appropriate OCI strategy (avoid, neutralize or mitigate) for each task order independently. Further information regarding this change will be communicated at the EMERALD Industry Day on 19 June 2015. Consequently, the RSVP deadline for the EMERALD Industry Day is hereby extended to 5PM EST, 10 June 2015. Please see the previous notice for specific RSVP instructions. This announcement will also be posted on the Unclassified IC-ARC at https://arc.westfields.net
