Description

The United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) A7KA intends to awarda Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract on a Sole Source basis to Data Security, Inc. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies of services will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is 21 June 2015 and is required to purchase Degausser Extended Warranty Renewals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITION PROPOSALS. However, all responded received within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
