- NOTICE: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT, A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 12, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND THERE WILL BE NO CONTRACT AWARD FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.). PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. Requirement: The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources interested in providing Court Reporter Laptops in accordance with (IAW) the specifications listed in Attachment A. The government is requesting that interested concerns capable of satisfying the requirement furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address. (2) Type of business, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc.), under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334118, which contains a size standard of 1,000 employees, CAGE Code and DUNS Number. (3) Under which NAICS code does your company usually provide court reporter laptops IAW Attachment A? Please provide rationale for your answer if different from NAICS 423430. (4) Specifications/capabilities explaining how your company can meet the requirements described at Attachment A.
