- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Tulsa District has been tasked to award a fully designed MILCON project for the Air Force Reserve at Tinker AFB. The facility is a new 32,000 square foot, two story, Air Control Group Squadron Operations and consolidated squadron operations building for the 513th Air Force Reserve at Tinker AFB, OK. The Squadron Operation Facility will provide space for flight crews and administrative support personnel for the Reserve AWACS flying squadron. Proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, design/bid/build contract procured in accordance with FAR 15, Negotiated Procurement using the trade-off process to obtain quote mark Best Value. quote mark The decision to set aside exclusively for small business will depend upon the capability statement responses to this synopsis and associated market research.
