- pricing schedule Attachment 0001, Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) FA4830-15-Q-0070 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for Environmental services in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 0001). This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates issuing a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the contractor(s) found capable of meeting the Government's requirements for Environmental services as outlined in Attachment 0001, Statement of Work. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 562211 Size Standard: $38.5 Mil All interested contractors should submit a capabilities package that outlines their capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Include in your capabilities package your DUNS, Cage Code, and System for Award Management expiration date.
