Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation 3WA0412 Expressions of Interest General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Bellevue Delineated Area: Two separate Delineated Areas will be considered: CBD of Bellevue, WA and City Limits of Kirkland, WA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces: 6 (Structured and Reserved) Initial Term: 10 years, 5 years firm Option Term: Two 5-year options Total All Possible Terms: 20 years Additional Requirements: 1. Building must allow law enforcement officers to carry and store official weapons. 2. Ground floor options will not be considered. 3. Space must be contiguous on one floor. 4. Space must not be within the same building as any form of local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies, DHS departmental offices or agencies, public defenders, defense probation or parole agencies, public aid offices, medical facilities, any judicial branch of the government, or Foreign National Governments. 5. If offered space is located in a building with a loading dock and freight elevator, the Government would require the use of dock and freight elevator. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic (RP8) and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: June 19, 2015 Occupancy (Required): November 15, 2015 Expressions of interest must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; • ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); • Date of space availability; • Building ownership information; • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; • List of building services provided.
