- **The modification notice being posted on 8 June 2015 is to update the DRAFT RFP file. Registration is closed for the pre-solicitation conference.** FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office is issuing draft solicitation N00189-15-R-Z027 for Analytical, Engineering, and Project Program Management Support services in advance of a pre-solicitation conference to be hosted by The Joint Staff J6 Command, Control, Communications and Computers/Cyber (C4/Cyber) Directorate, Washington, DC on 11-June-2015. This requirement was synopsized on 26 February 2015. The solicitation will result in the award of multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts that permit issuance of both cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-priced task orders. Industry is invited to bring its comments, suggestions and questions to this public pre-solicitation conference to be held at the following venue: PLACE: The Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC), 1030 University Blvd., Room 1102, Suffolk, VA 23435 REGISTRATION: Limit of two (2) representatives per company due to time and space restraints. Must register by COB 05-June-2015. Contractor registration to be submitted to Nicholas Milillo via email (nicholas.milillo@navy.mil) with the following information: company name, company address, attendee name, position title, e-mail, and phone number. PARKING for conference guests will be available. MISC: Please do not bring any portable electronic devices into the VMASC facility (e.g. cell phones, Blackberries, beepers, thumb drives, recorders, and cameras). Security clearances are not required. All briefings will be at the UNCLASSIFIED level. Attendees will be required to sign in at the front desk prior to entering the pre-solicitation conference. Suggested attire for the conference is business casual. AGENDA 8:15 AM to 8:45 AM. Check-In 8:45 AM to 11:00 AM. Conference - Government technical personnel will provide an overview of organization alignment and an overview of the project; Government contracts personnel will provide an overview of the draft solicitation and evaluation criteria, as well as answer audience questions about the solicitation process. 11:00AM. Pre-Solicitation Conference concludes. *Note - Not all attachments are uploaded with the Draft RFP.
