- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Wabasha Gravel Pit Dredge Site Unloading located in Wabasha County, MN. Work involves transferring stockpiled dredge material from the Wabasha Gravel Pit to the Wabasha Sand and Gravel Pit # 2. This procurement is a total small business set-aside and will result in a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a Base and one (1) Option. The estimated price for the Base is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The appropriate NAICS code for this procurement is 238910 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000. The completion date for the entire project is June 30, 2016. The solicitation, including specifications and all other documents related to this procurement, will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov) on or around July 1, 2015.
