Attachment 11 - Pricing Table Attachment 13 - Section M RFP Amendment FA8202-15-R-1001-0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Revise Attachment 11, Pricing Table, Software Updates/Maintenance Option CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 to be priced based upon quantities of licenses. 2) Revise Attachment 13, Section M, paragraph 6.1.3 from "The TEP will be computed and provided to the SSA for award purposes only and will not be incorporated into the contract at award. The TEP will be a consideration in the best value award decision. The TEP will be computed as the sum of all CLINs. The TEP inputs for CLINs 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002 will be calculated by applying the proposed unit price to one of the quantities within each CLIN. These notional quantities will be selected by the Government source selection evaluation team before proposals are received and will not be disclosed to offerors; Government selected notional quantities will not be contractually binding." to "The TEP will be computed and provided to the SSA for award purposes only and will not be incorporated into the contract at award. These notional quantities will be selected by the Government source selection evaluation team before proposals are received and will not be disclosed to offerors; Government selected notional quantities will not be contractually binding." 3) Revise RFP document, CLIN description under CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 to "Upon exercise of this option, the contractor shall provide software updates/maintenance to the software/software licenses delivered under CLINs 0001 and 0002, and CLINs 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002 (if exercised) of this contract. The period of performance for this CLIN begins at option exercise effective date and continues for 12 months after exercise effective date." 4) Revise RFP document, CLIN quantities under CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 to a range of 10 each to 30 each.
