- Description
- The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement to acquire Protective Security Officer Program Assistants (PSOPA) support services in San Francisco, California. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform administrative support in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is for a six month base period plus a six month option period. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed price Contract. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value/trade-off. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 with size standard is $7.5 million. This action is 100-percent set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The Contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http: www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that is not registered. The solicitation will be issued on or about 06/17/2015.
