SOLICITATION NO: 15-LA (5CA0991) NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X – Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531190—Leasing of Building Space to Federal Government by Owners SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: California City: Los Angeles Delineated Area: North - Cesar Chavez Blvd South - Washington Blvd East - Alameda St from Cesar Chavez to E 3rd St / E 3rd St to Los Angeles St / Los Angeles St to E 9th* St / E 9th St - Olympic Bl to Alameda St / Alameda St to Washington Blvd West - Beaudry Ave from Cesar Chavez Bl to W 5th St / Harbor Fwy 110 from W 5th St to Washington Bl Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,755 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 32,293 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces ( Secured): 0 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 3 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 10 HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 15-LA. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the “Register to Offer Space” link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the “HELP” tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the ”Open Period,” which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. The next Open Period is July 1, 2015 to July 7, 2015, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 15-LA and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
