- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the INSTALLATION OF ROLLOUT RUNWAY VISUAL RANGE LOCATED ON RWY 16R AT THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY AIRPORT IN EVERETT, WASHINGTON. -Type of Contract: Firm, Fixed Price. -Davis Bacon Wage rates apply. -Estimated value: $100K - $250K. -OPTIONAL site visit: June 16, 2015 (see details below). -Offers due: June 30, 2015. -NAICS code: 237130. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on their Business Declaration form.
