Solicitation Number: W91238-15-R-0018 Set Aside Code: Competitive 8(a) Response Date: July 7, 2015 Place of Performance: This MATOC will primarily support Northern California portion of the US Corps of Engineers SPK District, including Beale AFB, Sierra Army Depot, Hawthorne Army Depot, and the Sacramento Area of California. DESCRIPTION: This acquisition is proceeding as a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) limited to 8(a) concerns. Project Description: This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be a Design-Build General Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for future construction/alteration/repair requirements. This MATOC will primarily support Beale AFB, Sierra Army Depot, Hawthorne Army Depot, and the Sacramento Area of California, but can be used throughout the USACE South Pacific Division. The estimated cost range is generally between $500,000 and $3,000,000 for each task order. The aggregate not-to-exceed value amount for this MATOC is $30 million. The possible period of performance is five years (one three-year base period and one two-year option period). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code Y1JZ, NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard for this NAICS code is $36,500,000.
