- Mil Std Synbology NIH Standard Symbology NIH Compressed Gases RFP Statement of Work & SF14417 The Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Acquisition and Logistics Management (OALM), Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OLAO) is seeking all qualified business concerns, 8(a) small businesses, Woman-owned, small disadvantaged businesses, HUB Zone small businesses and Service-disabled Veteran small business concerns with the capabilities to fulfill this requirement. This acquisition is being solicited using full and open competition. The Government anticipates award of a fixed price, indefinite delivery type contract under solicitation number NIHOD2015490. The resultant contract shall be for a period of one year commencing on or about July 1, 2015 and shall include four successive 12-month option periods. The requirement is classified under North American Industry Classification Code (NIAICS) code 325120; CLASSIFICATION CODE 68-CHEMICALS & CHEMICAL PRODUCTS. The anticipated period of performance for the contract is a base twelve month period, plus four (4) twelve month option periods for a total not to exceed period of sixty months. The closing date for receipt of all proposals is June 22, 2015 3pm EST. All future information regarding this acquisition, including amendments, will be disseminated solely via FedBizOpps.gov - https://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. Interested firms are responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation and amendments and monitoring FedBizOpps.gov for updated information concerning solicitation number NIHOD2015490.
