- US Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe has a request for various right hand motor vehicles to include sedans, trucks,pick-up trucks,vans and SUVs. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The solicitation is expected to be posted in June 18, 2015 and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter/offeror to view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Pursuant to FAR 4.11 contractors interested in doing business with the US government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through www.sam.gov
