- AG-94TZ-S-15-0039 Oak Hill Toilet Installation Notice of 100% Set-Aside Small Business Concerns This project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and incidentals to complete the project of work in the solicitation and the resulting contract. This project will consist of the complete demolition of two existing vault toilets and installation of one new government furnished toilet to be installed at the Oak Hill Snow Play Area. The work will include demolition, site excavation, backfill and compaction. This will include the removal and proper disposal of all unsuitable materials off National Forest lands. Additive Bid Item: This project will consist of the complete demolition of two existing vault toilet structures and a concrete sidewalk at the Garland Prairie Picnic Area. This includes demolition, backfill, compaction, removal and proper disposal of all unsuitable materials off National Forest lands. Project Location: For Oak Hill Snow Play Area: From Flagstaff, AZ head west out of town along Interstate 40 for approximately 12.9 miles to the turn off for Parks and take a right. Take a left onto Old Route 66 and follow that for approximately 4.3 miles and the project site will be on the left. For the Garland Prairie Parking Area: From Flagstaff, AZ head west out of town along Interstate 40 for approximately 12.9 miles to the turn off for Parks and take a right. Take a left onto Old Route 66 and follow that for approximately 3.2 miles and the project site will be on the left. Contract time is 30 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated project start date is August 1, 2015. Solicitation will be issued on or about June 22, 2015. Bids are due July 21, 2015. Alternate Payment Protection is required. Price range is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NAICS Code 237990 applies. Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 million. Project is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
