- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation number for this requirement is HEVAS6-15-T-0029. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-40. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415 - - Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing with a Standard Size of 750 Employees. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This is a RFQ for the Air Conditioning Units. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract as a result of this solicitation that will include the terms and conditions that are set forth herein.
